Excellent environment to work in. Software Specialists provides all resources to grow, will get good theoretical and practical training for about 2 months. It is a great place to learn about US Staffing, Immigration, Recruitment and all types of Sourcing. Good number of clients and professional working environment. The managers are good and supportive. Coworkers are friendly. Software Specialists has a conducive work culture where everyone helps each other to learn and grow in spite of the hierarchical barriers. Pay Scale is decent for a fresher. They have a pretty good incentive structure. Very good company to kick start the career. I feel obliged to work with people who not only motivated me but also helped me in managing my goals.
