      Do not play with employee's career

      Pros

      If you know how to play work politics so you can join. If you are very good in praising and giving gifts to incompetent and useless managers, then this is the place you can join. Some are allowed to work from home but only if you are manager's favourite.

      Cons

      I was given completely wrong impression at the time of interview and joining. They do not have enough work, managers are extremely biased and incompetent. I worked with two useless managers, who know nothing. They don't have any options so they are working here since long time. Bogus appraisal system.

We set very clear expectations from day 1 about client, account, team and also recruiter performance. We do not believe in hiring employees for the job which doesn't exist :).
