8yInnovation is important to remaining competitive in our industry and also something we encourage. Employees are encouraged to participate in our “Innovation Station” where they can submit ideas that help improve processes, procedures and products. Our hope is that this tool allows ideas to be heard and implemented across the credit union. Thank you for the review!
