Pros

Good compensation, excellent benefits, growing company

Cons

Cronyism, incompetent middle managers. Strange handling of personnel issues such as closed door meetings where groups of co workers are encouraged to argue, and "resolve" the problems they had with each other. There was screaming, crying and swearing. Then management said the meeting never happened and would be denied. There was no resolution between these tellers.
