Pros

-work life balance (with the right leadership) -benefits (unbeatable 401k plan) -people (oh my gosh I’ve met so many wonderful people) -experience (excellent operational and procedural practices) -environment (so community oriented, friendly, and helpful!)

Cons

-can have difficulty with some leaders (primarily personality clashes, not poor leadership, in general) -fairly large -can be disconnect between various departments
