Pros

The work environment is incredibly positive and the training experience is thorough. Bankers hours are really nice and you get paid holidays

Cons

Some branches are hard to fit in at and it is hard to move around

Ready for growth?

Pros

I never felt more supported in my role as a leader. This position gave me the opportunity to continue to grow in my leadership skills, do employee development and handle challenges while celebrating successes along the way.

Cons

There is a lot on their plates, with the recent add of leads, I feel this will help dramatically. Onboarding for new leaders is in the works so that was a con that is being worked on currently.
