poor management, lack of processes, lack of growth, bad pay comparatively, demotivation from team/bad morale, it's a name game kinda place in BHM- a who's who sort of place to work, talent doesn't get you anywhere your relatives do.

Pros

MFG ENG team is best on I've been a part of. Lot's of "out side the box" solutions that make a lasting difference through Kaizen events. Very diverse workforce where we work well together. Lot's of cross-training opportunities which adds value and experience.

Cons

Still feels like a start up company. Employee retention is a challenge at the manufacturing level. Very low first pass yield (FPY) is tolerated on some legacy products with little ambition to change. Quality dept is disengaged.
