Friendly work environment (family-like). Everyone's ideas are heard and valued. Good benefits.

Cons

Product is very niche, which can stifle creativity. Company is 10 years behind on technology. Website is awful - needs to be updated. Salaries are low and expectations are high.

Cons

Culture has really suffered and changed since fully integrating with CoStar in the past 2 years. Used to be collaborative and open. Now micromanagement and bureaucracy is the norm. Very sad to see the demise of a great company culture to be taken over by Big Brother
