      The mission of SUN is a honorable and true. Would work for them again if the opportunity comes up.

      Cons

      I loved working for them only con I could think of was a few misplaced personnel.

      Rewarding Job, but Not Management

      Pros

      The job is really rewarding, being able to help patients and see them get better. Coworkers are a treat, some of the best people I've met.

      Cons

      Unsafe staffing, patient to staff ratios are on average around 10:1. Management doesn't recognize staff in a meaningful way (hope you like pizza!) Pay is subpar for all the work you're expected to do, and the company is constantly lowballing to pinch every penny they can. Lots of empty promises. CONSTANTLY asking to come in on days off/stay extra

      They have a hard time staying fully staffed. Which results in working on units you don't want to work on.
