      None. Good co-workers but they leave.

      Cons

      The most out of touch and incompetent leadership imaginable. All hired out of primarily one hospital in Louisville using a buddy system. No legitimate knowledge of the community. Ignore atrocious morale as numerous employees leave. Most of the staff has more education and experience than leadership, as evidenced by policies developed by individuals with no first hand experience on the floors in this hospital.

      Pros

      Coworkers are awesome the ones that actually care. Morale was better when Allison was there but now we have no one.

      Cons

      Ann Wayne is a bully and talks very badly about staff and she has had so many times to prove herself. All she does is fire and complain.
