Leadership is terrible and not transparent. They either haven't worked or have forgotten what it is like to work a floor, as incompetent leadership asks employees to do irrational, unmanageable work. Despite short staffing, leadership does not lead by example and absolutely refuses to help in any way. Staffing levels are at a bare minimum and most staff are looking elsewhere for employment. Leadership seems to be hand selected based on a buddy system, as competent staff are let go and replaced by individuals who clearly don't know what they're doing.

They don’t get rid of the ones they need to. They hire anyone & wonder why things aren’t going well. Staffing isn’t always great, but that’s because people don’t want to work with people who don’t do their job! Some people use excessive force & others false document everything they do. The nurses expect way too much from MHTs, but their load is heavy as well. There’s a lot that needs to be ironed out, starting with a handful of people that need to be let go.
