Pros

People here are friendly and weather pretty cool. Paying is ok, however the spending is quite low compared to other part of US, so good place to work.

Cons

Winter is terrible with temperature drop to 20 F, and some times snow accumulates to 9 inch, the road turns to quite slippy, which make travelling uncomfortable.

Cons

At times, there is little accountability, which is frustrating. It is difficult to see individuals complain when the work environment is much better than in private industry.
