Pros

Great environment to work in. Every employee at SVEF is friendly and passionate about their jobs. Management is great as well, managers make sure the employees are satisfied with their jobs. Good benefits, including healthcare plan, dental, and vision. Also they have retirement account option too

Cons

Not much activities outside of work, but I guess it is how the work should be "you come in and work and done".

Pros

Consistent summer hours, you get to work mornings and are done by 1pm so you can easily have another job. Curriculum is very structured and easy to follow.

Cons

Some of the kids are there only because their parents treat it as free babysitting during the summer so it can feel like that. There were also quite a few typos in the curriculum book and exercises.

Pros

The team are really nice. They organize a lot of informative meeting to keep everyone up to date. They also organize a lot of extra fun activities, which are nice.

Cons

They are still unstructured in how to achieve their goal. They do have plan for their goal, however, it's not plan to the smallest details which lead to some effectiveness in achieving their goal.
