Down-to-earth management and upbeat environment. Motivated by genuine passion for nonprofit's mission statement.

Cons

Not much guidance in terms of project direction, but at the same time it also gives you more ownership of and freedom in your work.

Training was initially a bit organized. Hopefully that's gotten better.
