The benefits they give you are great!

Cons

They will just "throw you" into your job. If you don't know it....here's a packet. Read it and perform those tasks. They blindsided about 800 employees with layoffs and the excuses given were ridiculous. Tenure means absolutely nothing because they even let go of people that have been with the company for 7-20 years. I would NOT recommend seeking a job here because they do not value their employees.

Management needs more formal process and procedure guidelines and structure. Company will make changes at any given time due to their growth.
