Lack of compliance.
Sexual harassment and power harassment.

A night before the final interview I was contacted by one of interviewer via message app and was asked if I was single or seeing anyone. And it was directed by a hiring manager as they wanted to avoid female candidates who may potentially marry and take maternity leave in the future. When I learned the truth I confronted with the manager. He refused to answer my questions and told me resentfully that when women got married they cannot do overtime. He complained that I don’t do enough overtime until midnight.
I reported this to HR and got retaliated.
They have extended probation from 6 to 9 months without valid reason and my consent which is illegal in my country. When I refused to sign that letter HR and the immediate manager pushed me to submit resignation. I was also Power-harassed and bullied.
All other reviews often complain about the quality of middle manager and HR. Indeed they are right.
