If you're part of the agile tribes your performance will be based PRIMARILY on how others see you and secondly based on you achieving or exceeding your objectives so if some manager doesn't like the way you talk you are most likely not to have a very positive review
Travel bugets are used just for senior mgrs, team meetings between UK BE are no longer needed despite many requests to have it
If you're not based in HQ (Belgium) the news on pretty much anything travel very very slow.
