      At the heart of cross border payments

      Cons

      Shocking trend has been happening over the last 18 months or so with employees leaving en mass and not just part of the great resignation, leaving due to poor culture, and shambolic management practices. HR ignore feedback. Awful merit & bonus policy resulting in few gaining minimal rewards.

      Pros

      - Generous pensions and benefits - Flexible working - London office is very sociable, with diverse staff at all levels - Opportunity for lots of international travel. Well, at least pre-Covid. Who knows what will happen from now on! - Diversity and inclusion is being taken much more seriously, however, initiatives are mostly driven from the bottom up, by staff volunteers

      Cons

      - Opaque and subjective performance management process. If you are not a favourite of your manager, you will be overlooked for stretch opportunities and progression. You can meet your objectives, get a positive review supported by peer and customer feedback, and still get rewarded with zero. - The company's age, technical debt and governance structure means that it is not well suited to lead the way in exploring new avenues. It means we tend to react defensively.

      - good salary and benefits - smart colleagues - nice office premises

      Cons

      - backwards mentality - senior management were more concerned about themselves and their friends than taking care of the company's future - clubby culture - rated on your ability to conform, not on your objective performance
