      I can say it is the worst place to work so much of partiality , bad management,one good thing is free snacks thats all

      Cons

      Worst place Expats are treated poorly, Team collaboration will be very poor if you are an expat ,no one will talk to you properly u will be isolated in your cubicle ,specially if you are in Testing you are gone

We are currently in the process of rolling out widespread Campus renovations across our global offices in order to increase the number of open and communal working spaces. At locations where this has already been implemented, we are seeing increased employee interaction and are working to ensure that this collaborative working environment is made available to everyone at SWIFT.

      I don't find any thing good in this company .Only you will get free snacks and work from home option.nothing else

      I advise to people not to join this company.very less salary.more work pressure.Totally useless company

      WFH ( 3 days from home, 2 days office) flexi hours (depending on your manager) Work life balance - used to have that

      Cons

      - No more work life balance (for most of the department). HR turn a blind eye on this even though numerous feedback has been given - Performance rating is not transparent enough(in my department), you will get good rating if manager like you.
