Privately held company of 115 employees that will celebrate 30 years this May. While several other competitors of this size have been swallowed up, Syspro Impact Software has stood its ground. Significant growth spurts over the past 10 years have brought expected growing pains, but the Executive Team has done an excellent job of maintaining the organization’s unique culture. A tough market over the past few years has resulted in lower sales, however, employees were not laid off, and bonuses have never been cut. Mr. Stein, the CEO, is an admirable individual who knows business and respects the people who work for his company. Employees are permitted to dress casual every day, and the office is located in a prime location with retail shopping and numerous restaurants within walking distance. Events and activities are hosted monthly, and two major celebrations are held each year to recognize employees for their service. The amicable working environment encourages coworkers to develop friendly relationships, and teamwork and professionalism are two of the company’s core values. If you have a strong work ethic, are willing to earn an honest day’s pay, and eager to make a difference then you will excel at SYSPRO.

People who work there are great for the most part. Good work/life balance and very flexible to hours and time needed off. company is growing quickly which allows staff to take on new responsibilities and hold different hats or learn. they are all about pushing core values and creating a good company culture. theres definitely a reason why people come to this company and dont leave. they have a really good medical plan and 401k. fun company parties and they often provide catering and food for employees which is a huge plus. location is also great right next to south coast plaza and freeways.
