Business Outlook
Pros
Does things for the holidays like catering food. The benefits are awesome from the vaction days, sick days and personal days. The medical benefits are great. The pay was good for what I was doing but have seen minimal pay raise over the years.
Cons
I have seen the company play favorites and sometimes have done some not so good things to employees. They are a IT company but are stuck behind the times far as their processes and do things. I have seen some good people try to do good things for SYSPRO but were just shut down because of others fearing they will look bad in front of new employees. Thats why I am looking for a new opportunit. There are no opportunities to advance just they move you when you cant get along with certain people.
