Changes in management has caused a feeling of instability, although this is starting to show improvement. Employees are expected to perform with little guidance.

The company went through a management change almost a year ago, and have been in transition since. Things are settling down and they are getting good leadership in. Great product, super smart co-workers, strong leadership with a solid vision for the future. In most departments, opportunities to grow and develop your career if you are hungry for it and can earn respect early.

Cons

Things aren't totally figured out yet, so change can feel constant at times.
