Pros

I like my team and the work environment. I’ve learnt a lot in my short span wit Saarthee. Everyone is very approachable and always ready to help. Founders are humble people with a very caring approach towards all the employees. The culture is very supporting and comforting.

Cons

There is none for me. I’ve always felt good.

The company has very less learning opportunities. Tools are not good .Most of the time employees face server issues .No IT support .There is only one person who looks after Payroll , Hiring , operation and IT . Most of the time employee are working on excel report . Plus the 1.5 year bond and notice period is another problem for the employees . Restricted work for home policies .People had to work from gurgaon location during till July'20.

Pros

Management appreciates performance and it reflects in the opportunities and the salary hikes. All the managers are supportive and the founders are super supportive. The learning is exemplary and I've personally grown a lot in last 2 years.

Cons

Nothing as such, keep improving the processes.
