The founders are amazing, very encouraging, motivating, worth following! The founder's vision is great.
Cons
There are a lot. 1. The tools used are definitely not there in the Indian ecosystem. It wouldn't have been a problem if we had enough resources to keep learning from, but there is not much about Knime available. 2. They promise the use of SQL, but you don't even get to touch SQL anytime in your 1st year. What is an analyst without the use of SQL? 3. Unfortunately, the projects are very repetitive, leading to a very lethargic and laid-back attitude and a lack of innovation amongst team members. 4. In my experience, the biggest problem at Saarthee is not the tools or anything, but the highly insensitive HR team. Sadly enough, since the new HR team has been formed, the employees have been leaving, the vibe of the organization has completely changed.
