Pros

Everyone motivates each other to be their best. Good bunch of enthusiastic people in the company. The founders are true visionaries and true supporters. All the policies are very employee centric. The company is in its growing phase.

Cons

Long working hours, though it’s needed as the company is growing a lot.

Pros

Saarthee being a fastly growing start-up offers a great Learning Curve and has plenty of opportunities for those who are ready to grab them. The team is extremely helpful, I have been a part of Saarthee for less than 6 months, and the learning seems to be equivalent to 1-1.5 years. Not the right place for people who want to join just for the sake of a job, the work requires time and dedication

Cons

Sometimes the workload might become a little too much for people who are not passionate about what they are doing.

Pros

The only thing that is good here is the India team mates (except the HR department) People may find learning opportunity

Cons

This place has a very harsh work culture and force employees to work on weekends and late nights. If someone refrain from doing so, employee would be given a really bad treatment and then CEO will call every other team member of employee and will bad mouth about employee. The reason to work late nights and weekends is just because of the improper planning of the US team. Then they will highlight the benefits of working day and night without even thinking about the mental state of the employee. CEOs will call employees anytime during the weekend and talk to employees on useless topics like come to US we'll have fun, work on weekends and we'll go to Hawaii on a private plane. They have still withheld the salaries of many of its employees. Private plane is a far fetched dream for people who cuts other's hard earned pockets. Earlier the CEOs were better until the arrival of new HR team. Employee harrasment have reached up new heights since then. CEOs only listen to only HR team now and it feels like the HR team runs the company. The previous HR team held the company together being a small company it's a very important trait. But ever since the arrival of the new HR team, the company is in a bad shape in terms of employee well being. The previous HR team is still in the company but only social media is handed over to the previous HR team and no inputs are taken from the previous one. In the month of June many of the India team members were forced to resign or you can say laid off because they introduced a new bond and forced people to sign or resign in just one day period. Those were the employees who were working hard 6-7 days a week without asking for extra penny. The company didn't had the courtesy to let the employees serve notice period during which they could have searched for a new job but the employees were fired the very same day without having a little shame in their heart. Please choose the company wisely for your career. A decision made in hurry could turn out to be a nightmare.
