      Pros

      I would say the company provides you with a laptop and phone to do your job. The sick time is generous to me.

      Cons

      I think the training could have been better and being able to see more from start to finish. Maybe a training book. The Chief of HR has high expectations and I felt she could be scary when she was not happy.

      Pros

      - Many opportunities to advance your career if you work hard, as the company is rapidly growing - Competitive wages - Friendly/approachable upper management - Currently offer a complimentary mattress after 90 days and paid breaks - Fixed schedule and full time (unusual for retail) - The company gives you all of the resources and support needed to get the job done

      Cons

      - Have to work almost all holiday weekends, but it is retail, so that was expected - There is a lot to learn at first which can be overwhelming, but the team is supportive
