      Smart and nice co-workers, excellent culture, good work life balance, quality products and non-store staff work remotely.

      Cons

      Benefits have been improving but could be better.

      Pros

      The company culture is very good middle management is fantastic super fun people to work with great work life balance

      Cons

      communication from upper management can be unclear, first we received reports of large growth, then about 10% of the team was let go, then we received a raise all in a period of under 5 months.
