Very high staff turn over with all staff including management. Company is not patient center. More concerned with the bottom line. NSG was always under staffed. High pressure to make 90% productivity while billing for things that are questionably unethical.

There is a disconnect between the corporate office and the facilities which now I think is by design. They do not have an IT refresh cycle so the equipment at certain facilities is a bottleneck for production. Their training program is nonexistent , they run a sink or swim operation and provide no support and seem to get agitated when you have questions. The people in the Regional roles put so much pressure on the administrators but really have not been trained properly to do their jobs so to them its all a numbers game referring to revenue. The owners of the company like to say they are family based company and all about people, this is not true, they are all about the bottom line. The owners are yeller's and this intimidates employees for giving them honest opinions about what is happening at their facility, everyone knows they cant take criticism and are more worried about their cars
