      Pros

      Lovely residents, beautiful building, Housekeeping keeps building VERY clean

      Cons

      No holiday pay, have to use your PTO on holiday, overworked and under paid, management does not care about employees, people from other departments attempting to tell you what to do, inexperienced nursing not fully trained, technology very dated, three step process do do your books, favoritism.

      I thought this place was organized, looked clean and neat people were professional during the interview. Residents looked happy place smelled clean

      Cons

      Unorganized, unprofessional high turn over rate, low pay. Will not refer any CNA to work there. This place is a joke

      Great co-workers who bring their best effort daily, with minimal equiment and supplies, under adverse circumstances.

      Cons

      Little concern for residents on behalf of corporate. Same can be said of staff, corp, does not care for its employees, only its profits.
