Corporate staff are demeaning and do not know the meaning of leadership. They are bullying in their approach and drive off good employees. The company is constantly buying new buildings while the current ones are falling apart. Many vendors will no longer do business with them due to non payment. Unsafe work place due to the high number of young drug addicts. Constantly pulled to the floor because of difficulty finding employees to fill positions. Initiative is frowned upon. I worked at this building for a long time under different ownership. It was an awesome building then.

Theft of narcotics, theft of employee and resident belongings, residents lying and getting good staff fired, staffing inadequate, training/orientation inadequate/non-existent, no managerial support.
