Pros

The Pay is pretty good. Some of the managers really care and want to run their department correctly. Plenty of work to keep you busy and not bored all day.

Cons

They expect quite a bit out of salaried employees. The CFO has a group of friends that hang out in her office every morning for a couple of hours. If you’re not part of the group, you are treated very differently than her friends. Very unprofessional behavior from the top. Feels like high school with the cool kids club.

Pros

The patients and the staff were wonderful. Working in a skilled nursing facility is a very humbling experience. Fast paced job that keeps you on your feet all day. Getting to make a difference in people's lives makes the job rewarding.

Cons

The management was not always great. Communication throughout the facility needs to improve. Patient to staff ratios were too high and the productivity standards were too demanding.

They're benefits were the only positive thing I experienced.

Cons

My issue was corporate. They do not care about anything but the bottom line. Always wants more performance on minimum time and pay which keeps moral low.
