Pros

There are zero. I am a former employee and noticed the influx of positive reviews here on glass door. The reason for this is because they send out company emails asking staff to say positive things about the company when they start to look bad.

Cons

Low pay- $375/week after tax They'll fire you without warning if you don't produce. No confidentiality. Most don't last 6 months. Just... No. I wouldn't suggest this company to my worst enemy. Every rep I have spoken with that gets out of this company is thrilled with their new life and can't believe they wasted so much time.

Pros

Can make a decent amount entry level salary, but that’s it.

Cons

Can’t sell systems adequate for larger homes. Lowballing unknowing customers with an intro package and then handing them off to an installer to sell them thousands of dollars in needed equipment is not honest. Also, leads were not fresh.

Pros

I have worked at this company for 3 yrs now. Safe Haven has changed the lives of my family for the better. This is a fantastic place to work where the leadership in the company does their best to make sure the reps make money. I have seen many reps come and go. There are three reasons people do not make it. 1.The biggest thing I have seen with people who make it and people who don't is (Work Ethic) work ethic trumps talent any day of the week. 2. Lack of working on getting better by practicing after work, at the office and learning our system. 3. Managing head space while in the field. As you read these reviews take these three things into consideration. Most people will not work hard trying to develop their craft, they just think success will fall in their lap without any personal growth and development. It just doesn't work that way There are so many amazing personal stories of positive change in employee's lives as a result of working at Safe Haven Security.

Cons

Cons You must learn how to balance your time with family and work. When the money is coming in, its hard to stop and spend time with your family. This is a personal matter. When our office started we were using logic and over complicating our offer to sell because we didn't know any better instead of using emotion to sell. I would work very hard and spend less time with family trying to figure this thing out. Now our training, our methods and all the mistakes we were making are no longer a problem.
