Pros

Lots of places to eat within walking distance - upper management pretty much hides in their offices so you don't have to deal with them.

Cons

People quit or get fired constantly. Pay is not a base it is a draw - 500 per week before taxes but you must make $2000 for the company per month before you get commission. Benefits are EXPENSIVE and NO 401k. Managers only succeed because they get all the business the "fired" reps worked so hard to establish. They give you a fancy title "regional Director " but every ADT vendor is doing the same thing. Homeowners get a better deal by going through the corporate office.

Safe Haven Security has a strong competitive environment that is not meant for everyone. We understand that our training is tough but we have found that those that do complete the training come out stronger and capable to be successful in the fast paced environment that is Safe Haven.

Pros

Base Salary weekly small but okay .Monthly or Quarterly bonus structure on top of base commissions sometimes .

Cons

I felt they were very hypocritical and racist, if you're not with-in the Little boys club you better watch out .Making Big amounts of money is not true, if you're not willing to lie to clients and play games that would manipulate a sale .

Nothing. Not one thing. Nada!!

Cons

This is a waste of your time, your career and if you want a company that is reputable and stable do not waste your time. Arrogance wreaks in the management, who by the way could not sell anything if his life depended on it. Managers are the ones writing the glowing reviews so do not buy it. Stay AWAY....its a waste of time
