This is the most ruthless company I have ever come across. 90% turnover rate year over year. 50% of sales reps do not make it out of training. it is a "sales mill" and the ownership and Management cares for nothing other than making sure their wallets are full and their butts are covered. Several even more starting things occurred during my tenure, including: - Upper-management with no real job duties whatsoever - Sales Reps drinking alcohol at lunch (getting drunk) - Sales Reps and Management DRINKING IN THE OFFICE!!! - Management having sex with staff members IN THE OFFICE!!! -Sales reps and management stealing sales from each other - All in-bound calls go directly to top sales rep, who is favorite among ownership -Lead generation is at best "sketchy" at best, more closely seems illegal. - Management quick to turn around and stab someone in the back for their own benefit Overall, it is a miracle this place is in business. The way they treat the employees so casually as if they are just a mean to a quick dollar is not good business. In my time there well over 200 people were fired, in an office setting where the sales staff is only about 50. I would not consider this place viable for employment unless you need a job for a few weeks.

Terrible place to be if you have a family. If you get sick, you might as well throw up on them to prove it, because management does not care about your personal situations or works with you to get the best out of you. Their leads are small and reused, and the manager can't sell, yet he expects you to sell. If you hate to be mircomanged, then add another reason never to apply to this job. Here a week and I had to leave.
