Everything! High turn over. They bring in new people every two weeks. I honestly don't understand how this company is still standing

Pros

Base pay is OK and everyone seemed nice.

Cons

Extremely high turn over rate. If you don't have 5 sales in your first month you will be let go with out being warned. They don't give you a chance/time to build your own business. My own training manager was let go before i was.

Pros

Safe Haven is a wonderful place to work. They value their employees and and pay well for good work. The business and business model is excellent.

Cons

Sales can be stressful at times because it can be inconsistent. However, we are given the tools that we need to become & stay successful. The day goes by so quickly because there is always something to do, so sometimes it feels like there is not enough time in the day. But I'd rather that, than stare at the clock all day!!!!
