Pros

Unlimited earning potential. Daily/Weekly drawings for cash & prizes. Awesome company parties/get-togethers. FUN work environment. IF YOU HAVE A GOOD ATTITUDE AND DO YOUR JOB, you WILL get promoted and the company is growing so rapidly so there is SO much room for advancement! There are NOT enough good things to say about Safe Haven Security!!!!!!!

Cons

Sales can be stressful at times because it can be inconsistent. However, we are given the tools that we need to become & stay successful. The day goes by so quickly because there is always something to do, so sometimes it feels like there is not enough time in the day. But I'd rather that, than stare at the clock all day!!!!

Pros

The company offers a great base salary and uncapped commission (basically you create the world you want to live in). They prove in the interview process that they are a company that is continuing to grow every year, but not throwing away valued employees. 4 week training process so you can learn about the company you work for in depth. Incentives and bonus capabilities. Great management. If you're competitive and have the drive to win and they can tell, you are a for sure thing.

Cons

Only negative thing i can think to say is that if you're not 100% competitive and hungry, you may not get chosen to advance in the interview process. A lot of people aren't 100% competitive, but can still succeed and advance in the world of sales, and enjoys the career and would be a great fit for starting a career at Safe Haven.

Pros

Company closed, no longer have to work there.

Cons

Was told the job was salary plus commission but when I started they paid $200 less a week than what I was told in the interview and salary was recouped out of your commissions. That is called a draw, not a salary. The products are cheap security systems and we are told to sell customers with extremely inflated values, not to mention there is already five or six other ADT companies, calling and mailing prospects. Expected you to run up about 300 miles a week on your car with no reimbursement. Goals were unobtainable, I guess that's why the Illinois office closed.
