Love having the ability to plan my day according to what works for me and my business. Weekly pay is awesome. Paid holidays off. Can work from home if you need to. I leave at 3pm basically every Friday due to meeting my sales goal. Commission can be huge if you manage your time and stay focused. The company genuinely cares for their employees and understands you also have a life outside of work. Everyone gets along great and really cheers for each other to do well.

Wonderful Owners, they actually interact with their employees and they give a damn about who you are as person and reward you for your HARD WORK, lower management should take their lead. The sales program is superb you can make a lot of money with this company if you follow their SALES process. They are growing at a rapid pace so there are some growing pains but they are constantly looking for ways to improve the environment so that it is conducive for you to be more successful.
