Pros

Love having the ability to plan my day according to what works for me and my business. Weekly pay is awesome. Paid holidays off. Can work from home if you need to. I leave at 3pm basically every Friday due to meeting my sales goal. Commission can be huge if you manage your time and stay focused. The company genuinely cares for their employees and understands you also have a life outside of work. Everyone gets along great and really cheers for each other to do well.

Cons

Not much! Seriously. Training could be a bit stronger but they are making huge strides to improve this.

Pros

Wonderful Owners, they actually interact with their employees and they give a damn about who you are as person and reward you for your HARD WORK, lower management should take their lead. The sales program is superb you can make a lot of money with this company if you follow their SALES process. They are growing at a rapid pace so there are some growing pains but they are constantly looking for ways to improve the environment so that it is conducive for you to be more successful. I like it here but there is seriously room for improvement. Weekly Pay Uncapped Commission Wonderful Parties Weekly cash incentives

Cons

New Managers are promoted based on friendships and not merit in most cases (I guess they don't realize you are paying attention to your peers) No diversity whatsoever (I don't know if this is by design or not but minorities are few here) (Over 100+ people company wide and only 7 African Americans and 2-4 Hispanic 1 Asian). Bring in more qualified minorities to create cultural harmony and maximize the companies growth and not to just satisfy the minimum standards outlined by the FEA Fair Employment Act
