Hard to complain with weekly pay check amount, working hours, and all leads are given. Easy sales.

Pros

- Weekly Guarantee - Weekly / Daily Cash Incentives - Monthly Bonus Incentives - Monday - Friday: 8 - 5. Fridays off @ 3 for exceeding expectations. - Fast advancement (and pay) with growing company. - Structured training environment. - Easy Sales. - Fun company events. (Even when the Royals lose) I started in March 2014 with no sales experience. Within 2 months, I was top 3 in sales - money and advancement came extremely quick.

Cons

- We seem to move to a building 4x the size of the last once every year. With our growth and production we'll need a skyscraper soon! Moving can be painful. - Medical Benefits weren't the best I've seen but the changes for 2015 look great!

Pros

I love the atmosphere! Most sales jobs you have to compete with other people in your office for sales. Here, everyone has their own territory so that isn't a problem! Everyone benefits if the whole office is doing well, so everyone is pretty helpful in making you succeed. I also really like the bonuses they offer for doing your job well! I love the Monday-Friday work schedule and the company does care about their employees. They do company outings and parties to prove they care.

Cons

Quotas to meet per week/month. This is typical with sales jobs and the goals here are reasonable. They are usually pretty upfront that if you aren't making goal you could be let go.

Pros

I love the friendly atmosphere. The pay is GREAT and you have plenty of advancement opportunities.

Cons

Honestly this is the best place I have ever worked. The management are encouraging and if you are having issues or problems they are here to help.
