Pros

The sales environment is competitive yet supportive. Management makes it fun to reach your team's and personal goals with new weekly incentives! Deal a Day drawings, the Summer Sales Event and the Monday Morning drawings to give away cash and prizes are brilliant ways to reward motivated individuals. The base pay is a nice starting point earning you about $31K and there's no cap on your commission. Once you're commissioning, your hard work really pays off! The average rep earns 60K and top reps earn 6 figures!

Cons

Sometimes it can be difficult depending on your territory to always make your sales during work hours. Occasionally you may need to take leads home to close the sale and that takes away from personal time off work. However, this is not a big problem and only occurs every once in a while.

Pros

SAFEHAVEN has embraced me and taught me so much. Not about sales, but about body language and behavioral patterns of individuals. I've been provided with lots of training and good leads to sift through. I actually enjoy the challenge that each day brings. It's not easy but is sure as heck beats washing dishes or digging trenches for minimum wage. I love the positivity and excitement that our SAFEHAVEN SACRAMENTO Office has! If your a dedicated and hard worker the commissions will follow...

Cons

Working late on weeknights Takes atleast a couple months producing 12 + deals before you see commissions..

Pros

You learn very quickly that this job is not what you signed on for.

Cons

-Lied about salary, it's not salary if there is a draw, they take back money until you eclipse your draw.- -Long hours, work until 8:00 pm and on Saturdays. People do not want you doing door to door sales at 8:00pm -Management says if you make 16 sales per month you will make $70K, no one makes more than 12 sales and it actually equals about $36K per year. Equipment you are giving away is junk, there are about 100 ADT authorized dealers giving away the same cheap product only they are smart enough to sell it over the phone. $100 gas allowance which equals $80 after taxes, You will spend more than that in a week driving around to your "leads", which are rentals, rehabs, and cold door to door sales.
