Hiring process was quick, daily cash incentives, great work/life balance, flashy job title (Regional Sales Director) and very helpful trainers.

Cons

-Compensation is not what they discuss with you when you accept the job. -Selling a sub par product. -You work with Realtors that would really care less about participating in the "Realtor Program" and receiving a gift card. -The only thing that company cares about is you making "deals"

Pros

They pay a draw on your commission, and pay 1/2 of health insurance after 90 days. Perks are the other sales people you work with. Lots of praise for your accomplished goals but not much else. (ie., sales bonuses, cash awards, etc)

Cons

Sales managers have favorites and rig the sales competitions so those folks win all the money offered! Not based on Sales Performance- Unprofessional.
