I feel compelled to share my disappointing experience with an employer that consistently fails to prioritize the well-being and concerns of their employees. It's disheartening to see the pressure being placed on colleagues to post positive reviews in an effort to improve the company's image.
Right from the start, it became evident that creating a positive and supportive work environment was not a priority for this organization. Any attempt to raise concerns or suggest improvements is met with indifference or simply ignored. Employees are made to feel as though they are in the wrong for voicing their opinions.
Although there have been recent wage increases (not as generous as some reviews claim), an employee survey, and vague attempts to address issues, the toxic management and behaviors persist. The HR department and supply chain are in need of significant improvement, yet the slimmed-down executive team turns a blind eye to these concerns.
I strongly advise anyone considering employment with this company to think twice. Numerous promises have been broken, and the minor attempts at improvement do not outweigh the damage done to exceptional talent and the lack of lessons learned. It's difficult to decide whether to feel sorry for or insulted by new staff members who dismiss the huge challenges faced by those who came before them. I honestly feel embarrassed to work here
