People tend to work in silos and getting information can be difficult End of Year bonuses/raises take a long time to happen. Often given (if at all) in Q2 of the next financial year. Bonuses sound attractive, but are never paid in full due to company missing financial targets, which is usually due to over-promised sales in the U.S Very U.S centric, the majority of senior roles are given to U.S employees or are overseen by them. Talk about being family orientated, yet have poor maternity/paternity policies offering the bare minimum or statutory only.
