      Pros

      Insurance is decent compared to other places.

      Cons

      Management lacks empathy, knowledge, common sense, leadership skills, and tact. They're quick to blame others, do not know the field they work in, and rely on employees to self manage. If key employees were to stop showing up, the business would quickly fail with this two in charge.
