      Pros

      Haven’t had the best experience as a Hispanic/Latino

      Cons

      The company only offers a 5% merit increase per year and lacks opportunities for growth. During training, I had a bad experience with trainers who seemed threatened and attempted to belittle me. They also expect bilingual reps to translate scripts word for word, despite being a billion-dollar company that undervalues bilingual speakers. On top of everything, there’s pressure to sell expensive wipers costing almost $60. When I first signed up, they also mentioned that everyone would have opportunities for overtime, but I never got the chance to sign up for it and seems there’s also favouring on who gets it.

      Pros

      The only pro that I have seen coming out of this company has been the flexibility with some scheduling. If you have an appointment they will work around it.

      Cons

      Management, both at store level and at district level. HR is a nightmare. Instead of helping an employee out with a situation, they turned it around and put the blame on the employee. If you have a manager who is stealing, they should be let go immediately.

      Good work enviorment. Supportive of ADA. Flexible on hours and the opportunity for a P.T. or F.T. role.

      Cons

      Disorganized, lack of communication. Employees held accountable for system errors which effect their annual bonus. (Metrics). Common apraisal with little to no financial reward. Additional work tasks w/ no financial compensation.
