      Training IS Irrelevant to the job itself once past training you are treated like dirt Need help? get over it ! itll never happen Hours suck badly The job claims to be Life/ Family based ( No, working here you have no time nor life) Need to use a restroom? better be ready to be scolded for being human!

      Always work. There will always be a job if you need something to fall back on.

      Cons

      They will constantly be looked down on by other glass companies for scamming, job steering and stealing from the little guys. They won’t pay properly and don’t expect to be treated well. Forced overtime all while preaching a work/life balance.

      You get to take your van home

      Cons

      No manager or constantly getting a new one. Pay sucks. Bonuses are based of customer surveys. Upper management laughs at suggestions. They force you into selling their overpriced wipers. Constantly preaching that they’re a “family” that’s toxic. Enjoy your pizza party
