Pros

Decent pay for the job

Cons

Schedules are horrible, you dont know where they are going to send you the following day till late in the day, they expect you to do 7 to 8 jobs a day without taking into account driving times, most of the time jobs are 30 to 40 minutes away

Horrible Company

Pros

Good benefits and a lot of hours!

Cons

Horrible Management! They will treat you like garbage just to look better to customers. 10-12 hour days will wear you down quickly. Trained to do cars in 2 hours. Following training you will be expected to complete jobs in 45 minutes. You Will feel overwhelmed and so accidents Will occur. The pressure you feel will continue throughout the day and week. You will be given 3-4 hour jobs like Semi Trucks. They will just tell you to just HUStle if you feel like you’re running behind. Absolutely horrendously ran company. Managers get paid salary which is around 60k/year. Assistant managers are paid around 45/year. Beginning techs can make 60/year. See a problem there? Managers are usually taken from companies that have NOTHING to do with anything automotive related. CVS, Walmart managers are the ones in charge of windshield replacement technicians. Stay Away!!

Pros

Nice benefits, pay isn’t too bad

Cons

They want to write you up for everything. When I interviewed I told them I was 3 hours from the call center and they say that’s fine… until their work from home system sucks, you spend hours talking with IT, and they give you the choice to either make a 6 hour round trip to come in or call off and then write you up for the call off. Trainers all tell you different things so by the time you go to take calls you’re extremely under prepared. They’re just rushing to get people on the phones without spending the amount of time training on the phones. And then they tell you not to mess up because they write you up or will terminate you.
