      Pros

      Work/Life balance is encouraged, not too difficult to get time off if needed. People are mostly kind and understanding, pay scale is ok for the area.

      Cons

      Upper management seems to have little concern for assisting lower level employees perform their jobs well. There is very little commitment to promoting from within, sometimes job opportunities are not even posted on the internal boards. Group collaboration is almost non-existent.

      The cons are leadership lack of transparency, from training straight to front line. Trainers will tell you one thing and managers tell you another.
