      They don't care about their employees!

      They have good techs and meet new people

      Cons

      Don't care what time you finish. Will keep you on the road till after dark. Your just a number that can be replaced. Jobs get thrown on you mid day with no notice. and they expect you to always come back to the shop if you finish early to help the shop. So you being fast and getting jobs done isnt a reward at all.

      Don’t get sick

      The remote team zoom calls are a lot of fun. Easy work.

      Cons

      If you get sick and have to go out on disability, even though they offer long term disability as a benefit, if you use it, you get fired.

      Feel like just a number

      Pros

      Paid training, decent pay, 401k matching.

      Cons

      Corporate doesn’t care about employees AT ALL. They used to with old CEO and before investors. Expect to have no personal time from April - October. Mandated 6 day work weeks, sometimes 7. Corporate management could care less about store level employees. Faster faster, more more grind culture.
