      I've been here over six years. There's no room for growth. Management is horrible. Lack of communication. The job coaches talk down to you and treat you like crap. It's a really bad company easy job if you like being treated like crap.

      Cons

      Job coaches get a bonus if you sell windshield wipers for $40 each that no one wants and your pressure to do it on every call or you get in trouble
