Pros

Training was good, but sometimes a little too fast. The majority of the calls were people calling in to get a price quote on window repair or replacement.

Cons

Work seven hours with only one 20 minute break.

Pros

Competitive starting pay. Management seems to be focused on the development of employees. Opportunity for growth based on performance. Opportunity to better yourself through company provided learning.

Cons

Full time starts at 35 hours per week. Commission is based on meeting several goals, some arguably affected by customer actions not yours.

Pros

Great company, decent hours, good discounts.

Cons

My only experience is with the call center. So my feedback is limited to that. Heavy call volume with the short breaks is hard. On slammed days I felt as though I had to choose on out of my two twenty minute breaks which one was to scarf food down and which would allow me to use a restroom. I also thing the environment needs to be fixed. Big call centers need to be able to be ready for the noise. It's a beautiful center but I could never get my volume high enough on any console or headset to hear the callers clearly and the callers often could hear the loud background noise and it was frustrating on both sides.
